About Us

Founded in Spring of 2010, Engineers for a Sustainable World at UC San Diego is a group of passionate students striving to make a difference in the world through sustainable projects. Our constitution can be found here, describing our vision, mission, goals, and values, organizational structure, and membership policy.

Structure

ESW UCSD is comprised of a community of student volunteers, scientists, engineers, professionals, and industry partners all committed to creating a more sustainable world.

Our organization is chaired by a Executive Cabinet consisting of the President, Vice President of Project Management, Vice President of Public Relations, Vice President of Community Affairs, Vice President of Information Management, and Vice President of Finance.

The Board of Directors oversees the Sustainable Projects of ESW UCSD in four categories: Resource Management, Water and Energy, Solar, and Sustainable Mechanics.
